Who we are
Consenivo comes from a plain idea: the best time to read a consent form is before you are sitting across from someone waiting for you to finish it.
Each guide goes through one part of the process in everyday language and ends with questions to take with you.
Things we will never do
We will not tell you which study to choose, steer you to a research site, or pass your information on. Our job is to explain, not to recruit.
Consenivo is published by The Nelson M Group LLC. It is an educational website only. We do not collect consent for any study, give medical advice or recruit participants.
Our sources and checks
Our editorial team at The Nelson M Group LLC drafts every Consenivo guide using broadly shared sources, for example material published by the National Institutes of Health, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and ClinicalTrials.gov. A review month appears on each page, and we re-check everything at least once a year.
